Thoughtful transitions, tailored for Seniors
From home sale to new beginnings, I guide families through the emotional and practical journey of senior living with care and compassion.
Why Seniors?
Why I Work With Seniors
With over 20 years of experience in the senior care industry- starting as a CNA, volunteering with hospice, and later serving as a Sales & Marketing Director for senior living communities. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming transitions can be for older adults and their families.
I became a Senior Real Estate Specialist because I recognized a real need: someone who not only understands the housing market but also deeply understands the emotional and logistical challenges that come with aging and downsizing. Leaving a longtime home isn’t easy. Add in the stress of sorting, packing, cleaning, and making care decisions, and it can quickly feel impossible.
That’s where I come in! To offer compassionate, full-service support and walk alongside you every step of the way.
How I Help:
Step-by-step guidance for downsizing or transitioning into care
Decluttering, organizing, packing, and donation coordination
Real estate expertise tailored to the unique needs of seniors
Connections to trusted, senior-focused service providers
Financial support through Elder Life Financial to cover moving costs
Senior Funds Program: make home repairs now, pay from escrow at sale
My goal is simple: to make this transition easier, more manageable, and filled with the dignity and care you deserve.

What’s the difference?
It’s easy to get confused when talking about the different levels of senior care. Terms like in-home care, assisted living, memory care, and independent living are often used interchangeably, even though they offer very different types of support. Understanding these differences is important when helping a loved one make the right choice. Here is a simple explanation of each level to help you navigate the options with clarity.

Examples: Help with bathing, meals, cleaning, or medication reminders.
